No collecting Venmo or PayPal payments. No spreadsheets. No keeping track of who still owes you money.

How TeamPayer Works

TeamPayer is available through both the Desktop Player Page and the HoustonSSC Mobile App. The process is simple:

1. Add Your Players

From your Team Profile, select Manage Roster.

You can add players in two ways:

Share your team link with friends
Use the FunLink tool to share a link with your teammates. They can use the link to join your roster and complete their registration.

Invite past teammates
Select Invite Player and choose a player from your list of past teammates.

Once a player has been invited or added to your roster, you can assign them a specific amount to pay toward the team fee.

2. Assign What Each Player Owes

Once your players are on the roster, you can enter the amount you'd like each player to contribute toward the team fee.

You decide how you want to split the cost. Players don't all have to pay the same amount.

Not sure how much to charge each player?

Use the TeamPayer Calculator to make it easy. Enter the number of teammates who will be contributing, and the calculator will divide the team fee evenly between them.

Note: If you add more players than your league's roster maximum, you'll be prompted to pay an additional fee for each player added beyond the maximum.

3. Your Players Complete Their Payment

When a player receives your team link or invitation, they'll be guided through the process of joining the roster and completing their payment.

For new players or players who have not previously registered with HoustonSSC, they'll need to:

1. Create a HoustonSSC account
2. Sign the required waiver
3. Purchase an annual membership if they don't already have an active membership
4. Complete their team payment

You don't have to collect their information or payment yourself. They'll complete the process directly with HoustonSSC.

4. Your Team Balance Updates

As your players make their payments, those payments are applied directly toward your team's remaining balance.

You can check your team balance to see what has been paid and what is still owed.
